New City Centre mall to rise in Dubai

DUBAI – Another mall will be built in Dubai to the tune of AED275 million—and that is just for phase one of the project.
Retail giant Majid Al Futtaim has revealed plans for its newest City Centre shopping mall, the City Centre Me’aisem.
The mall will be located in the Me’aisem area of International Media Production Zone (IMPZ) in Dubai, at the intersection of Al Khail Road and Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road, and will cover one million square feet of land. There are plans for expansions by 2020.
The mall will feature 60 international outlets, including a Carrefour Hypermarket, entertainment center Magic Planet and a community medical clinic.
The first phase of City Centre Me’aisem will open late in 2015.
