Guide to applying for an Overseas Employment Contract (OEC) at the Philippine Consulate General in Dubai

YOU WILL NEED

Overseas Workers Welfare Administration (Owwa) membership form OEC application form Pag-ibig membership form

OEC fee of AED10

Owwa membership fee of AED92

Pag-ibig membership fee of AED10

Notes:

If you are already an Owwa member with a valid membership, you will only need an OEC application form and a Pag-ibig membership form

If you are a household service worker, you need to present an OEC application form, a Pag-ibig membership form, plus the following:

Original immigration contract and two copies

Original passport and a copy

Two copies of sponsor’s passport

For expat sponsors, include two copies of residence visa

Affidavit of Undertaking of Sponsor form Information Sheet of Sponsor form

PROCEDURE

Step 1. Obtain a priority number at Polo Dubai at the Philippine Consulate in Dubai

Step 2. Wait for your number to be called.

Step 3. At the processing counter, submit your documents along with the required fees. Make sure you bring the exact amount.

Step 4. Wait for your OEC to be issued at the counter. This should take a few minutes.
