Guide to applying for an extension of the validity of your Philippine passport at embassy in Abu Dhabi
YOU WILL NEED
Original passport
Photocopy of passport data page
One 2”x2” picture
Duly accomplished passport extension form, available at embassy (or download here)
Passport extension fee of AED80
PROCEDURE
Step 1. Make sure you have already applied for passport renewal. Passport extension requests will only be processed after this.
Step 2. Proceed to the reception desk located on the second floor. Submit your passport extension application form to the officer in charge.
Step 3. Head to the cashier to pay the passport extension fee.
Step 4. On the same day, you can claim your passport with the extended validity date
